坐落于马略卡岛腹地小镇圣玛格丽达（Santa Margalida）的 Casa Margarita，是一幢由本地设计与开发事务所 Rôck-Villa 精心修复的十九世纪联排别墅。这项修复工程不仅是对岛屿文化遗产的一次深情回应，也充分体现了 Rôck-Villa 在高端住宅翻新和当代设计领域的专业实践能力。该宅邸建于 1890 年，项目由事务所创始人克里斯蒂娜·罗卡（Cristina Roca）与彼得·维拉（Peter Villa）亲自操刀，在尊重原始建筑语境的基础上，引入了内敛而富有质感的当代设计语言。

Casa Margarita, located in the small town of Santa Margalida in the heart of Mallorca, is a building designed and developed by the local firm Rock-amp. Villa is a meticulously restored 19th-century townhouse. This restoration project is not only a heartfelt response to the islands cultural heritage, but also fully demonstrates Rock-amp; Villas professional practical capabilities in high-end residential renovation and contemporary design. The mansion was built in 1890. The project was personally designed by the founders of the firm, Cristina Roca and Peter Villa. On the basis of respecting the original architectural context, an understated and textured contemporary design language was introduced.

整栋住宅建筑面积为 222 平方米，整体空间布局围绕“流动的生活体验”展开。主屋内设有三间卧室，另有一间客房位于独立宾馆之中。所有空间均配备 Rôck-Villa 自主设计并委托马略卡本地匠人打造的定制家具。主卧采用开放式布局，设有套间浴室，空间开阔而私密，充分回应了居住者对舒适性与私密性的双重需求。建筑形制延续了马略卡传统联排住宅的节奏与比例感，并通过天然石材、亚麻织物以及极简灯具等细节，将传统与当代自然衔接，营造出质朴却精致的空间气息。

The entire residential building has a floor area of 222 square meters, and the overall spatial layout is centered around a flowing living experience. The main house has three bedrooms, and there is also a guest room located in an independent hotel. All Spaces are equipped with Rock-amp. Villa independently designed and commissioned local artisans from Mallorca to create custom furniture. The master bedroom adopts an open layout and features an ensuite bathroom. The space is spacious and private, fully responding to the residents dual demands for comfort and privacy. The architectural form continues the rhythm and proportion of traditional Mallorca townhouses, and through details such as natural stone, linen fabrics and minimalist lamps, it naturally connects tradition and modernity, creating a simple yet exquisite spatial atmosphere.

庭院绿意环绕的露台与一方海水泳池构成私密而惬意的室外生活场域，既适合日常独处，也为亲友聚会提供理想场地。独立宾馆则为短期或长期访客提供完整起居功能与高度私密性，进一步扩展了住宅的生活维度。Casa Margarita 通过在功能与氛围之间寻求平衡，营造出一种自然、轻盈却充满深度的生活方式，实现了现代居住理念在历史文脉中的有机延续。

The terrace surrounded by the greenery of the courtyard and a seawater swimming pool form a private and pleasant outdoor living area, which is not only suitable for daily solitude but also provides an ideal venue for gatherings with friends and family. Independent hotels offer complete living functions and high privacy for short-term or long-term visitors, further expanding the living dimension of the residence. Casa Margarita seeks a balance between functionality and atmosphere to create a natural, light yet profound lifestyle, achieving an organic continuation of modern living concepts in the historical context.

The town of Santa Margarida is peaceful and rich in cultural atmosphere. It is only a few minutes drive from Playa del Muro, one of the most famous beaches on Mallorca Island. It enjoys both the advantages of natural resources and retains the unique charm of geographical and cultural aspects. Casa Margarita is Rock-amp; The concentrated embodiment of Villas design aesthetics, on the one hand, pays tribute to the authentic texture of traditional architecture, and on the other hand, demonstrates its flexible application and in-depth thinking of contemporary spatial vocabulary. It is an elegant chapter at the intersection of tradition and modernity.
