In the context of the current real estate industry experiencing profound changes and challenges, the traditional residential design logic is constantly evolving, and a housing revolution intertwined with rationality and sensibility has begun. Breaking the design of filling the space function with role settings and redefining the core of living, it is not only defined by area and cost, but also a kind of superstructure with a sense of life, which requires not only abundant space and capital, but also requires the corresponding cultural level, awareness, vision and insight of the place users.

回归本质，弱化形式

Return to the essence, weaken the form

放下刻意的主题化叙事，将设计重心沉入空间最本真的肌理，将重心聚焦空间基础结构的合理性与逻辑性，深研基础材料的质感呈现、功能性细部的精细打磨。所有装饰性元素的融入，仅作为适度呼应市场对样板房的常规认知，本质上是对空间功能的坚守，让空间以利落的功能、概括的结构与温润的细节处理，最终让空间成为承载生活的稳固基底。

Let go of the deliberate thematic narrative, sink the focus of design into the most authentic texture of the space, focus on the rationality and logic of the space infrastructure, and study the texture presentation of basic materials and the fine polishing of functional details. The integration of all decorative elements is only a moderate echo of the markets conventional perception of model houses, and is essentially a persistence in the function of the space, so that the space can be neatly functional, summarized structure and warm details, and finally make the space a solid foundation for carrying life.

深入研究居住空间的家庭结构及活动中开放与私密的边界，通过环绕式动线设计与豁达的通道布局，确保各功能板块间形成灵活的动线关系。无论用户的行为模式如何，都能拥有可选择、可回避、有余地的移动路径。同时，精准捕捉家居生活所需的仪式感并将其放大，让动线不仅服务于通行，更成为串联生活仪式的纽带。

In-depth study of the family structure of the living space and the boundary between open and private in activities, and ensure the formation of a flexible flow relationship between each functional plate through the wrap-around flow design and open-minded passage layout. Regardless of the users behavior pattern, they can have a selectable, avoidable, and marginal movement path. At the same time, it accurately captures the sense of ritual required for home life and amplifies it, so that the flow line not only serves the passage, but also becomes a link in series life rituals.

模糊边界，个性解读

Blur boundaries, personality interpretation

以灰色调木质为核心材质，其游走于温煦与清冷间的微妙质感，消解了空间意境的固有边界。这种介于暖与冷之间的暧昧属性，如同留白的画布，无论是不同使用者，还是同一人在不同情绪状态下，都能在空间中投射出专属的感知印记；或左或右的情绪倾向，或甜或盐的风味层次，或冷或暖的氛围切换。这份模糊却纯粹的特质，赋予空间强大的包容力，不再被单一定义束缚，转而生长出自由多义的可能。

With gray wood as the core material, its subtle texture between warmth and coolness dissolves the inherent boundaries of spatial artistic conception. This ambiguous attribute between warmth and cold, like a blank canvas, can project an exclusive perceptual imprint in the space whether it is different users or the same person in different emotional states. On top of the precision and minimalism of the spatial foundation, it is embellished with only a few expressionist elements, which not only meets the potential demand for art in the living space, but also does not encroach on the space for users to create life independently.

以通透的动线串联空间、高效的功能布局、细腻的细节处理，以及可自由解读的材质与色彩，构建出一处既能满足生活所需，又能包容个性表达的居所，让“自由”成为空间最核心的奢侈。

With transparent moving lines connecting the space, efficient functional layout, delicate detail processing, and freely interpretable materials and colors, a residence that can not only meet the needs of life, but also embrace the expression of individuality, making freedom the core luxury of the space.

静于己心，奢享世界，晨起推窗的仪式感、午后茶歇的松弛感、夜谈观星的沉浸感，每一次与空间的互动，都是在演绎属于海岛的旅居剧本。

Quiet in your own heart, enjoy the world, the sense of ritual of pushing the window in the morning, the relaxation of the afternoon tea break, the immersion of talking about stargazing at night, every interaction with the space is interpreting the script of the island.
