Maison Leonard（里昂纳之家）位于纽约翠贝卡（Tribeca）历史街区的核心地带，由 Studio Zung（曾工作室）主持设计。这座面积达 3,370 平方英尺的住宅项目，以“生活的艺术”作为精神内核，将克制的极简美学与细腻的情感体验融合，呈现出一种温润、平衡且充满人文气息的空间秩序。设计师汤米·曾（Tommy Zung）以其一贯的整体性设计理念，将建筑、光线、材料与情感编织为一个流动而和谐的整体，使 Maison Leonard 成为现代都市生活中的静谧庇护所。

Maison Leonard is located in the heart of the historic Tribeca district in New York and was designed by Studio Zung. This 3,370-square-foot residential project takes the art of Living as its spiritual core, integrating restrained minimalist aesthetics with delicate emotional experiences, presenting a warm, balanced and humanistic spatial order. Designer Tommy Zung, with his consistent holistic design concept, weaves architecture, light, materials and emotions into a flowing and harmonious whole, making Maison Leonard a quiet haven in modern urban life.

项目以“温暖的极简主义”（warm minimalism）与“精致侘寂美学”（refined Wabi-Sabi aesthetics）为核心语言，呈现出极高的感知密度与精神纯度。四间卧室与四个半卫浴的布局充分考虑了空间的功能与流动性，每一个区域都经过精密推敲，以确保视觉与情绪的连续性。住宅四面皆可眺望曼哈顿的天际线，设计通过低矮尺度的家具和克制的材质表达，保留了城市全景的完整性，营造出一种深邃而宁静的空间感。

The project takes warm minimalism and refined Wabi-Sabi aesthetics as its core languages, presenting an extremely high perceptual density and spiritual purity. The layout of four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms fully takes into account the function and fluidity of the space. Each area has been precisely deliberated to ensure the continuity of vision and emotion. The residence offers views of the Manhattan skyline on all four sides. The design is expressed through low-scale furniture and restrained materials, preserving the integrity of the city panorama and creating a deep and serene spatial sense.

Studio Zung 在这一项目中展现出对材料与比例的极高敏感度。设计团队在尊重原有地标建筑结构的前提下，运用柔和而有层次的色彩体系——以浅米、暖灰与自然木色为主调——赋予空间一种无声的温度。定制的欧洲橡木长座（bespoke European oak banquette）与胡桃木书架（custom walnut bookshelf）成为视觉与触觉的焦点，体现出手工艺与建筑逻辑的平衡。

Studio Zung demonstrated an extremely high sensitivity to materials and proportions in this project. The design team, while respecting the original structure of the landmark building, employed a soft and layered color system - with light beige, warm gray and natural wood tones as the main tones - to endow the space with a silent warmth. The custom-made bespoke European oak banquette and the custom walnut bookshelf become the visual and tactile focal points, reflecting the balance between handcrafted craftsmanship and architectural logic.

Maison Leonard is not merely an interior design achievement, but rather a balance exercise about restraint and abundance, rationality and sensibility. It interprets Studio Zungs understanding of the power of silence through the poetic interaction between precise spatial grammar and natural light. Amidst the hustle and bustle of the city, it creates the most profound emotional resonance with the most restrained language.
