这座住宅的蜕变，根植于对汉普顿地区建筑文脉的深刻理解与创新诠释。设计从本地质朴的木瓦住宅传统与上世纪中叶粗犷现代主义中汲取灵感，通过材料的敏感运用与柔和的内饰调色板，将历史脉络转化为一种当代的、植根于景观的居住体验。空间策略的核心在于对原有占地面积的极致优化，通过垂直延伸，在维持建筑水平体量谦和感的同时，于内部雕刻出一个双层通高的天窗工作室，不仅满足了专业创作对自然光与高大空间的苛刻需求，更重新定义了度假居所的功能可能性。

This residential transformation is rooted in a profound understanding and innovative interpretation of the architectural context of the Hamptons area. Drawing inspiration from the local tradition of rustic shingle-framed houses and the rugged modernism of the mid-20th century, the design skillfully uses materials and a soft interior color palette to translate historical context into a contemporary, landscape-integrated living experience. The core of the spatial strategy lies in the ultimate optimization of the original site area. Through vertical extension, while maintaining a modest sense of horizontal volume, a double-height skylight studio is sculpted within, not only meeting the demanding requirements of professional creation for natural light and spaciousness but also redefining the functional possibilities of a vacation residence.

设计的创造性进一步体现在对空间功能与感官体验的精妙提升上。在不开拓新面积的前提下，规划巧妙地容纳了额外的浴室与更为宽敞的厨房，展现了高效的空间组织能力。室内选材与细节则成为点睛之笔：厨房区域的松绿色瓷砖地面跳脱出传统海滨别墅的中性色调，注入一抹醒目的艺术个性；而主浴室中定制的金属浴缸、图形化的木构细节，共同编织出丰富的触感与光影互动。这些元素在呼应周边自然植被色彩的同时，也赋予了空间独特而沉浸式的质感，最终打造出一个既能满足专业工作需求，又能承载全年度假生活的宁静庇护所。

The creativity of the design is further reflected in the exquisite enhancement of spatial function and sensory experience. Without adding new space, the plan cleverly accommodates an additional bathroom and a more spacious kitchen, demonstrating efficient spatial organization. The interior materials and details are the finishing touches: the pine green tile flooring in the kitchen area breaks away from the neutral tones of a traditional seaside villa, injecting a striking artistic personality; while the custom-made metal bathtub and graphic wood details in the master bathroom weave together a rich interplay of touch and light. These elements echo the colors of the surrounding natural vegetation, while also giving the space a unique and immersive texture, ultimately creating a tranquil sanctuary that can meet the needs of professional work as well as accommodate year-round vacation living.
