建筑面积：150 ㎡

本案业主来自温州，身为私营业主的他，对空间有着独特思考。初次交流时，他已有初步的空间构想，渴望为这套房子赋予与众不同的居住灵魂。

作为一套仍在居住中二手房全拆项目，我们以优化空间动线与功能重塑为重点。设计融入了入户下沉区（搭配日式杜邦纸玻璃门）、可开合式厨房折叠门（实现餐厨灵活切换），以及回形动线卫浴（将公卫与洗衣房有机联动），打破传统户型的布局定式，赋予空间新的流动感和实用性。

设计未执着于大面积的通敞，反而在150㎡里，精心织就出既独立又可交融的功能格局——每个空间都能成为独处的天地，又能因门与隔断的变化打破边界。业主自带的巧思让改造既承载了日式空间的秩序与温润，又融入他对生活场景的独到理解，最终让家庭空间成为一首关于空间与生活的散文诗。

原始户型为常规二手房格局，空间划分刻板，功能区之间缺乏联动，风格表达单一。

动线存在冗余，尤其是卫浴与卧室、洗衣房之间的连接不够高效，存在面积浪费。

.公共区域（厨房、餐厅、客厅）的通透性不足，难以满足业主对“风格化 功能化”空间的需求，具备较大的改造优化潜力。

▲平面布局

1.拆除原冗余隔墙，打造入户下沉式区域，搭配玻璃门隔断，同时将厨房与餐厅间改为折叠门，实现空间开合自由切换，优化公共区域互动性。

2.重构卫浴动线，将两个公共卫浴与洗衣房联动，其中次卫改为双卧室共享公卫，主卫与洗衣房形成回行动线，大幅提升使用效率。

3.调整卧室入口设计，主卧、女儿房、次卧均采用特色门体结构，既保证私密性又强化空间风格的统一性，让每个卧室成为“独立且完整的功能单元”。

4.厨房左侧开设折叠小窗，右侧增设折叠门储物柜，最大化利用入户空间，同时为客厅、餐厅预留充足的互动与活动区域。
