The tropical climate has shaped a slow and relaxed local rhythm of life, where time naturally stretches through dining and lingering. Wind moves through operable wooden louvers and the roof structure,carrying the humidity and scents distinctive to the tropics, gently dispersingthe rising steam and aromas from cooking.
