【呼和浩特】蒙古语意为“青色的城”，“青城”雅誉传承千年，是内蒙古自治区首府与草原文化核心地标。这座北依大青山、南邻黄河的名城，沉淀2300余年文脉，兼具草原雄浑气象与人文温润底蕴。

【青城尚府】深植城市根脉，以府系规制呼应青城气韵，将草原文明的开阔意境与现代人居美学相融，于繁华肌理与人文厚土之上，构筑承载时代理想的高端生活范本。

售楼处锚定 “去商业化” 核心定位，打造呼和浩特首个烟火气檐下网红商业街。以 “林中书屋” 的静谧书卷气，糅合 “咖啡市集” 的松弛烟火感，重构售楼体验新范式，让访客于自然肌理与生活暖意交织的场域中，沉浸式触摸未来生活的质感。

建筑外观以轻盈檐下结构呼应青城气韵，暖调灯光与自然植被交织出松弛的归家仪式感；内部空间用木质肌理、水景与绿植营造 “都市秘境”，光影倒映间让自然意趣融入现代形制；商业街则以 “去商业化” 的烟火气为底色，暖光、错落业态与自然植栽结合，让场域既是高端生活的展示，也是可触摸的日常暖意 —— 整体将草原文明的开阔、现代人居的精致与生活的烟火气相融，构筑出 “可观、可感、可栖” 的高端生活场域。

An experiential mixed-use complex and new urban art lifestyle

“可体验的复合综合体与城市艺术新生活”

接待空间以 【浮光掠影】为叙事核心，温润木作与自然植栽构建立体层次，通透界面引自然光入室，形成 “浮光” 流转的松弛场域氛围；色调取浅棕、米白等柔和系，呼应光影晕染的 “掠影” 质感，于极简语境中织就轻奢治愈的空间氛围。

The reception space centers around the narrative of Fleeting Light and Shadows. Warm woodwork and natural plants create a three-dimensional layering, while transparent surfaces allow natural light to enter, forming a relaxed atmosphere where fleeting light flows. The color palette adopts soft tones such as light brown and off-white, echoing the shadow texture of light and shade, weaving a lightly luxurious and soothing ambiance within a minimalist context.

The lighting fixture takes the form of a linear metal frame, with an ultra-minimal and transparent structure that suits a light-toned base, embodying the concept of fleeting light and shadow through linear light and shadow design.

【话题食集】将多业态场景作为美好生活的缩影，从传统单一功能的销售模式中跳出来，向多元复合的艺术式体验中心转变，随着销售属性的褪去，未来它可能会留存成为社群聚合的链接点，长久地融进人们日常生活的诗学。

Using multi-format scenarios as a microcosm of a beautiful life, while initially moving away from the traditional single-function sales model alongside sales, transforming into a diverse, composite, art-style experience center. In the future, it may remain as a point of connection for community aggregation, seamlessly integrating into the poetics of peoples daily lives.

咖啡空间作为【话题食集】的核心功能板块，色彩以暖棕主调糅合浅米基底，低饱和调性弱化视觉压迫，适配长时社交的舒适感；陈列借器具、菜单开放式展示，既作产品叙事载体，亦为视觉锚点

As the core functional section of [Topic Food Collection], the coffee space uses warm brown as the main color blended with a light beige base. The low-saturation tones reduce visual pressure, providing comfort suitable for prolonged socializing. The display incorporates utensils and an open menu, serving both as a medium for product storytelling and as a visual anchor.

空间氛围以轻量桌椅灵活布局，佐木作肌理与柔光，织就松弛无界的交流场域，让食集话题与体验共生

The spatial atmosphere features lightweight tables and chairs arranged flexibly, complemented by wooden textures and soft lighting, creating a relaxed, open environment where conversations and dining experiences coexist.

木色书架兼具展示与实用双重功能， 既可陈列书籍又能作为临时坐凳。温润的木质与空间的自然质感呼应，让 “陈列” 与 “休憩” 在同一物件里自然融合。

The wooden bookshelf combines both display and practical functions, serving not only as a place to showcase books but also as a temporary bench. The warm wood complements the natural texture of the space, allowing display and rest to naturally blend in the same piece of furniture.

【丛林秘境】为主题的水吧区，软装巧思藏在自然肌理里：浅木色家具延续温润质感，中央绿植呼应 “秘境” 内核，以吧台为功能核心，结合松弛的休憩区，让 “都市丛林” 的静谧意境与水吧核心功能性，在空间里共生。

The water bar area, themed Jungle Secret Realm, features soft furnishings thoughtfully integrated into natural textures: light wood furniture continues the warm and gentle feel, central greenery echoes the core of the secret realm, and with the bar as the functional centerpiece combined with a relaxed lounge area, the tranquility and functionality of the urban jungle coexist within the space.

空间内的高脚凳的选品颜色呼应硬装天花的颜色，让软装与硬装形成视觉闭环：棕木色既承接了天花的温润肌理，又与周围陈列架的色调同频。

The color of the bar stools in the space echoes the color of the hard ceiling, creating a visual loop between the soft and hard furnishings: the brown wood tone not only continues the warm texture of the ceiling but also harmonizes with the tones of the surrounding display shelves.

大面积窗景引自然入室，室外天光与绿植透过玻璃漫入空间，恰好与室内陈设的鲜植形成视觉共鸣。当光影落在木质家具上，来访者既能触到自然肌理的温润，又能在窗景与室内绿意的呼应里，沉浸式感受到 “都市丛林” 里的松弛与治愈，仿佛把自然的呼吸搬进了室内。

Large windows bring nature indoors, allowing daylight and greenery from outside to spill through the glass into the space, perfectly resonating with the fresh plants arranged inside. When light and shadows fall on the wooden furniture, visitors can feel the warmth of natural textures and, through the interplay between the window views and the indoor greenery, fully immerse themselves in the relaxation and healing of an urban jungle, as if the breath of nature has been brought indoors.

洽谈区浅米色沙发、木质座椅的色调承接空间的温润肌理，搭配石纹茶几，让自然质感在软装上层层落地。

The light beige sofa and wooden chairs in the reception area echo the warm texture of the space, paired with a stone-patterned coffee table, allowing the natural feel to be layered throughout the soft furnishings.

软装选品的单椅是空间里的 “质感锚点”：浅棕皮革与木质框架的组合，既承接了整体空间的温润自然调性，又以柔和的皮质包裹与利落的木质线条，平衡了舒适坐感与简约造型。它与石纹圆桌、周围绿植相衬，既适配休憩场景的松弛感，又以材质的自然肌理呼应了 “都市丛林” 的设计主题。

The single chair chosen for the soft furnishings serves as a texture anchor in the space: the combination of light brown leather and a wooden frame not only carries the warm and natural tone of the overall space, but also balances comfortable seating with a minimalist design through its soft leather upholstery and crisp wooden lines. It complements the stone-patterned round table and surrounding greenery, fitting both the relaxed atmosphere of a resting area and echoing the urban jungle design theme through the natural texture of the materials.

洽谈区的挂画是视觉点睛之笔：以简约的黑白线条勾勒出不规则几何纹理，线条的交错感既添了空间的艺术张力，又与整体温润的木质软装形成 “轻简艺术” 与 “自然质感” 的平衡。它没有繁杂色彩，恰好适配空间的素雅调性，让文艺氛围在低调中自然流露，也和周围的书籍陈列区形成了 “阅读   美学” 的场景呼应。

The hanging painting in the negotiation area serves as a visual highlight: it outlines irregular geometric patterns with simple black-and-white lines. The intersecting lines add artistic tension to the space while balancing the overall warm wooden furnishings, creating a harmony of minimalist art and natural texture. Without any complex colors, it perfectly matches the subtle tone of the space, allowing the literary and artistic atmosphere to emerge naturally in a low-key way, and it also resonates with the surrounding book display area, forming a reading and aesthetics scene.

长桌搭配同色系座椅与长凳，兼顾社交与休憩功能，周围点缀的绿植与木质肌理呼应，让实用裹挟浪漫。

A long table paired with chairs and benches in matching colors balances socializing and relaxation functions, while the surrounding greenery and wooden textures complement each other, blending practicality with a touch of romance.
