The Founding 顶层公寓位于伦敦加拿大水区（Canada Water），由康兰与合伙人设计事务所 Conran and Partners 设计完成。项目所在建筑以工业气质著称，室内设计并未延续冷峻的表达方式，而是通过材质与触感的引入，为高层住宅注入温度与亲密感。公寓位于32层，面向伦敦城市天际线展开，被设想为一处云端中的都市居所，在原始、仓库式的建筑语境中营造私密而富有情感的居住体验。

The Founding top-floor apartment is located in Canada Water area of London and was designed by Conran and Partners, a design firm. The building where the project is located is known for its industrial style. The interior design does not follow the cold expression approach but introduces materials and textures to infuse warmth and intimacy into the high-rise residence. The apartment is on the 32nd floor and faces the London city skyline. It is envisioned as a urban residence in the clouds, creating a private and emotionally rich living experience within the original, warehouse-like architectural context.

作为展示性住宅，室内设计集中呈现了 Conran and Partners 一贯的现代主义立场与当代表达。设计团队指出，本案的核心在于构建一个兼具想象力与亲密感的居住庇护空间，通过色彩、材质与工艺的叠加，使空间具备情感深度与精神指向。室内陈设将中世纪风格的古董家具、全球搜集的设计单品与定制家具并置，同时引入英国置地（British Land）私人艺术收藏中的作品，包括大卫·霍克尼（David Hockney）的艺术创作，以及新锐纺织艺术家拉拉·佩恩（Lara Pain）为项目特别委任的编织作品。

As a showcase residence, the interior design fully embodies Conran and Partners consistent modernist stance and contemporary expression. The design team pointed out that the core of this project lies in creating a living shelter space that combines imagination and intimacy. Through the combination of colors, materials and craftsmanship, the space acquires emotional depth and spiritual direction. The interior furnishings juxtapose medieval-style antique furniture, globally collected design items and custom-made furniture. At the same time, works from British Lands private art collection are introduced, including David Hockneys artistic creations and the specially commissioned woven works by the emerging textile artist Lara Pain for this project.

平面布局体现了对日常生活方式的细致回应。入口区域设置了兼具停留与收纳功能的玄关凹室，既承担使用需求，也起到空间过渡的作用。开放式起居空间以陶土色系软装与定制沙发为视觉中心，沙发以略微倾斜的方式布置，引导视线从室内延伸至远处的城市景观。

The floor plan reflects a meticulous response to daily living patterns. The entrance area features a foyer alcove that serves both as a resting area and a storage space, fulfilling both functional needs and acting as a transition zone. The open living area is visually dominated by the terracotta color scheme of soft furnishings and custom sofas. The sofas are arranged in a slightly inclined manner, guiding the viewers gaze from the interior to the distant urban landscape.

走廊尽端的主卧被塑造成相对独立且安静的私密空间。织物肌理的层次、艺术品的配置与柔和的色彩共同构成放松而内敛的氛围。床头上方悬挂着瑞典艺术家古斯塔夫·赫格伦德（Gustaf Höglund）于20世纪60年代创作的作品，与极简的定制床头板及带有粉色调的床座形成形式与色彩上的呼应。

The master bedroom at the end of the corridor is designed as a relatively independent and quiet private space. The layers of fabric texture, the arrangement of artworks, and the soft colors together create a relaxing and restrained atmosphere. Above the head of the bed hangs a work created by Swedish artist Gustaf Höglund in the 1960s, which forms a form and color contrast with the minimalist custom headboard and the bed seat with a pink hue.

色彩策略方面，蓝色作为主导色贯穿全屋。事务所合伙人兼负责人西蒙·金凯德（Simon Kincaid）指出，在这一高空居所中，蓝色取代了传统中性色，成为回应天空、气候与居住高度的重要媒介，并在工业结构的基础之上，塑造出一种更为精致且具个人特质的居住想象。

In terms of color strategy, blue is the dominant color throughout the entire house. Partner and director of the firm, Simon Kincaid, pointed out that in this high-rise residence, blue has replaced the traditional neutral colors and has become an important medium to respond to the sky, climate and the height of the residence. Based on the industrial structure, it has shaped a more refined and personalized living imagination.
