设计的核心是在紧凑的面积中营造舒适的生活氛围，同时让室内成为一间恰到好处的个人画廊：空间语境与他富有表现力的绘画彼此呼应、相得益彰。经过精心挑选的材料与色调，以微妙的对比建立平衡，使艺术成为空间主角的同时，居所仍保持温暖而克制的气质。

The designs core principle is to cultivate a comfortable living atmosphere within a compact space while transforming the interior into a perfectly proportioned personal gallery: the spatial context and his expressive paintings resonate and complement each other. Carefully selected materials and tones establish balance through subtle contrasts, allowing art to take center stage while the residence retains a warm yet restrained character.

此次翻新彻底改变了公寓：原有的复杂布局被精简，不必要的结构被剔除，新的设计理念则以清晰的几何秩序、天然材质与定制家具为核心展开。空间被重新组织为含厨房的起居室、卧室与浴室三个主要区域，并以协调统一的色调贯穿始终，使公寓在功能与美感之间达成平衡而纯粹的整体性。

This renovation has completely transformed the apartment: the original complex layout has been streamlined, unnecessary structures removed, and a new design concept centered on clear geometric order, natural materials, and custom furniture has been implemented. The space has been reorganized into three main areas—a kitchen-living room, bedroom, and bathroom—and unified throughout with a harmonious color palette, achieving a balanced and pure sense of cohesion between functionality and aesthetics.

“House of Light” is situated within a densely grid-patterned urban block in this city, a contemporary private residence designed for a multigenerational family that cherishes togetherness.

SJK Architects 受托打造了一栋简约而永恒的住宅，既服务当下，也承载未来几代人，在高温酷暑下营造舒适宜居的空间，让家庭纽带随着时间愈加稳固。

SJK Architects was commissioned to design a minimalist and timeless residence that serves both present and future generations. Crafted to provide comfortable living spaces even in extreme heat, the home strengthens family bonds as time passes.
