The FHC Apartment, located above the bustling CBD in Beijing, responds to the city skyline with a restrained material language. The design strikes a balance between rough structures and delicate details, allowing the space to return to purity and tranquility, presenting a calm and enduring contemporary lifestyle.

FHC Apartment由BW Timeless（BW Timeless）打造，坐落于北京核心商务区35层高空。空间承袭建筑原有的混凝土结构肌理，将这种带有时代印记的粗粝质感保留下来，使其成为室内叙事的重要背景。城市天际线在落地玻璃外铺展开来，室内与外部景观形成自然呼应，空间因此拥有开阔而沉静的气质。

FHC Apartment was designed by BW Timeless and is located on the 35th floor of the core business district in Beijing. The space retains the original concrete structure texture of the building, preserving this distinctive rough texture that carries the mark of the era, making it an important background for the interior narrative. The city skyline unfolds outside the floor-to-ceiling glass, creating a natural connection between the interior and the external landscape. As a result, the space has an open and serene atmosphere.

设计团队在材质运用上展现出高度克制。清漆、石材与漂白木构成主要语言，在冷静的综合色调中建立层次关系。漂白木被处理为近乎建筑表皮的状态，与大面积白色界面相互融合，使空间呈现统一而干净的视觉秩序。精致材料与裸露混凝土之间的对话，带来丰富却内敛的触感体验。

The design team demonstrated a high degree of restraint in the use of materials. The main language consists of varnish, stone, and bleached wood, creating a hierarchy within the calm and harmonious color scheme. The bleached wood is treated to an almost architectural surface state, blending with the large area of white surfaces, resulting in a unified and clean visual order for the space. The dialogue between the exquisite materials and the exposed concrete brings a rich yet restrained tactile experience.

光线设计被视为空间结构的一部分。灯具隐藏于界面之中，光束精准落在陈设与艺术品之上，强化材质的纹理与体量。光的节制使用让空间保持平和气息，也赋予物件更清晰的存在感。

Lighting design is regarded as an integral part of the spatial structure. The lamps are concealed within the interface, and the beams of light precisely fall upon the furnishings and artworks, enhancing the texture and volume of the materials. The judicious use of light keeps the space calm and gives objects a clearer sense of existence.

室内陈设精选中国古董与古石，使当代生活场景与深厚文化记忆相互交织。古老材质与现代界面在同一空间中并置，形成跨越时间的对话。FHC Apartment由此呈现出一种兼具力量与细腻的生活表达，在城市高空建立起属于当代精英阶层的静奢居所。

The interior decoration showcases a selection of Chinese antiques and ancient stones, blending contemporary living scenes with profound cultural memories. Ancient materials and modern interfaces are juxtaposed in the same space, creating a dialogue spanning time. Thus, FHC Apartment presents a lifestyle expression that combines strength and delicacy, establishing a quiet luxury residence for the contemporary elite class in the urban high-rise.
