项目以对原有受保护元素的尊重为起点：线脚、陶瓷地坪、彩绘玻璃与原始木作皆被视为新的叙事核心，在其周围缓缓铺陈出一种“当代经典”的语言。每个房间都成为世纪交汇的场域，让历史与现代在无怀旧、无多余的平衡中自然共存。

The project begins with reverence for the existing protected elements: moldings, ceramic flooring, stained glass, and original woodwork are all treated as the core of a new narrative, around which a “contemporary classic” language gradually unfolds. Each room becomes a space where centuries converge, allowing history and modernity to coexist naturally in a balance free of nostalgia or excess.

这个家以侘寂美学为底色，颂扬不完美与瞬息之美。洞石、木材、石灰、亚麻与羊毛等天然材质唤起随时间沉淀而来的宁静与诚实；在这里，质感比色彩更具表达力。经层层过滤的温暖光线，让原本无形的细腻被照见——那是一个真实且安然的空间所散发的静谧气息。

This home embraces wabi-sabi aesthetics, celebrating imperfection and fleeting beauty. Natural materials like travertine, wood, lime, linen, and wool evoke a sense of tranquility and authenticity that deepens with time; here, texture speaks louder than color. Filtered warmth illuminates subtle details that were once invisible—a serene atmosphere emanating from a space that is both genuine and peaceful.

Mas Pepito 的诞生与真正有意义的想法一样，源自一份共同的渴望。业主的五个兄弟姐妹，年幼时在 Empordà 度过了每个漫长而炎热的夏日，在那里自然生长起的亲密纽带从未消散。随着海岸线愈发拥挤，他们愈加渴求一个属于自己的地方——宁静、平和，既是避风港，也是家族的汇聚点；一个让日常与节奏顺其自然展开、让家庭生活以最真诚的方式生长的场所。

The birth of Mas Pepito, like all truly meaningful ideas, stemmed from a shared desire. The five siblings who own the property spent every long, hot summer of their childhood in Empordà, where the bonds of closeness that grew naturally never faded. As the coastline became increasingly crowded, their longing for a place of their own grew stronger—a place of tranquility and peace, both a refuge and a gathering point for the family; a place where daily life and its rhythms unfolded naturally, allowing family life to flourish in its most authentic form.

在这一过程中，他们做出了一个极具象征意义的决定：放弃那座承载着家族记忆的小渔屋——父亲曾倾注巨大情感将其悉心修复，但它周围的环境已不再如往昔般静谧。Somos bý 以那段历史为交换，去追寻一个更贴近乡野、更具成长空间的共同梦想。即便到今天，他们仍为那次取舍所带来的回馈而心怀惊叹。

In this process, they made a profoundly symbolic decision: to relinquish the small fishing cottage steeped in family memories—a place their father had poured immense emotion into restoring with care, yet whose surroundings no longer held the tranquility of days past. In exchange for that history, Somos bý pursued a shared dream closer to the countryside, one offering greater room for growth. Even today, they marvel at the rewards that choice has brought.
