Belgian design studio Govaert - Vanhoutte designed Notary Van Damme around important spaces such as auditoriums, meeting rooms, closed and open offices. This functional approach to design is considered aesthetically fundamental. Simplicity and warmth are combined with an emphasis on line formation and proportion.

此外，宽敞的景观办公室为大多数员工提供了空间。地下室为档案、存储和健身提供了空间。地下空间通过天窗采光，天窗与后立面的天井接壤。内部和外部之间有很强的联系。壳体的混凝土在支撑结构的内部重复。内部进一步确定和强调了混凝土的存在。与木材、天然石材、地毯和白色背景的结合创造了冷与暖、亮与暗之间的对比。

In addition, spacious landscaped offices provide space for most employees. The basement provides space for filing, storage and fitness. The basement space is lit by skylights which border the patio on the rear elevation. There is a strong connection between the interior and exterior. The concrete of the shell is repeated in the interior of the supporting structure. The interior further defines and emphasises the presence of concrete. The combination with timber, natural stone, carpet and white background creates a contrast between cool and warm, light and dark.

Seven Island 是位于韩国釜山加德岛的一家咖啡馆。加德岛位于南海岸，岛上布满了大大小小的岛屿，不像东海岸可以俯瞰广阔的大海。七座相连的建筑排列在不同的轴线上，面向每座建筑周围的七个岛屿，这让我们可以捕捉到各种景观，提供不同的空间体验。

Seven Island is a cafe located in Gadeokdo, Busan, South Korea. Located on the south coast, Gadeok Island is filled with large and small islands, unlike the east coast which overlooks the vast ocean. The seven connected buildings are arranged on different axes facing the seven islands around each building, which allows us to capture a variety of landscapes and provide different spatial experiences.

Seven Island总面积为 1467.29 平方米，分为三层。虽然每栋建筑的海景各不相同，但空间的目标是捕捉岛上的故事--这里有休闲的空间、充满神奇魅力的未知区域、静谧的沉思场所、各种人群的聚集地。因此，每栋建筑的内部空间都沿着不同的轴线相连，有机地结合在一起，创造出一个可以体验岛屿的空间。

Seven Island has a total area of 1,467.29 square metres and is divided into three floors. Although each building has a different view of the sea, the goal of the space is to capture the story of the island - a space for relaxation, an unknown area full of magical enchantment, a place for quiet contemplation, and a gathering place for a variety of people. As a result, the interior spaces of each building are connected along different axes, organically combining to create a space where the island can be experienced.
