Milanese Pied-à-terre是塔莉·罗斯（Tali Roth）工作室打造的精品住宅项目，坐落于墨尔本普林斯山（Princes Hill）片区。设计以米兰风格居所的精致与静谧为核心，在维多利亚式建筑的原有结构之上，重塑出贴合墨尔本当代生活的现代居住空间。设计团队保留建筑原生肌理，同时注入兼具理性与美感的室内语言，实现本土居住习惯与欧洲设计美学的自然融合。

The Milanese Pied-à-terre is a high-end residential project designed by Tali Roths studio, located in the Princes Hill area of Melbourne. The design focuses on the elegance and tranquility of a Milanese-style residence, and builds a modern living space that suits contemporary Melbourne life on the basis of the original structure of a Victorian-style building. The design team retains the original texture of the building while injecting an interior language that combines rationality and aesthetics, achieving a natural integration of local living habits and European design aesthetics.

项目整体灵感源自米兰现代主义设计，在克制表达与质感营造之间达成精准平衡。材质成为空间过渡的重要媒介，大理石质感的入户区域赋予归家仪式感。定制木作、柔和的窗帘线条与细腻的边界处理，在不破坏空间连贯性的基础上，自然划分出不同功能区域，令整体动线流畅且富有层次。

The overall design of the project is inspired by modernist design in Milan, achieving a precise balance between restrained expression and texture creation. Materials serve as an important medium for spatial transition. The entrance area with marble texture provides a sense of homecoming. Custom woodwork, soft curtain lines, and delicate boundary treatments naturally divide different functional areas without disrupting the continuity of the space, making the overall flow smooth and layered.

空间以暖色系为基调，借助天然材质营造温润舒缓的氛围，再以对比性细节提升视觉层次，使整体色调统一而不单调。家具与灯具均经过精心挑选，将定制件、复古藏品与现代设计作品有序组合，让空间呈现出历经时间沉淀的独特气质，兼具生活气息与艺术品位。

The space is dominated by warm tones, with natural materials used to create a gentle and soothing atmosphere. Contrastive details are added to enhance the visual hierarchy, ensuring that the overall color scheme is unified yet not monotonous. The furniture and lighting fixtures have been carefully selected, with custom pieces, vintage collections, and modern design works being orderly combined, allowing the space to exhibit a unique character formed through the passage of time, while also possessing a blend of liveliness and artistic quality.

Tali Roth takes into account both the practicality of living and the emotional warmth in her designs. She subtly incorporates the elegance of the Milanese style into the details of the space, while closely aligning with the local living context of Melbourne. The entire project not only maintains the refined style of European aesthetics but also meets the daily needs of modern families, achieving a highly unified contemporary living expression that combines an international perspective with a local experience.
