PRIM是位于西班牙圣塞巴斯蒂安浪漫区核心的100平方米顶层住宅，坐落于建筑师弗朗西斯科·乌尔科拉（Francisco Urcola）设计的经典建筑之上，承载着当地二十世纪初的建筑文脉。项目以历史肌理为基底，在既有框架内重构空间秩序，延续并强化建筑原本的轴线、韵律与对称关系，让古典气质扎根于当代居住场景。

PRIM is a 100-square-meter top-floor residence located in the heart of the romantic district of San Sebastián, Spain. It is situated atop a classic building designed by architect Francisco Urcola, carrying the architectural heritage of the local area from the early 20th century. The project is based on the historical texture, reconstructing the spatial order within the existing framework, and continuing and strengthening the original axes, rhythms and symmetrical relationships of the building, allowing the classical essence to take root in the contemporary living environment.

公共社交区域被设定为整户的空间核心与动线枢纽，承担着聚合生活场景的关键作用。设计以一体化大型木质体量包裹厨房与入户动线，清晰界定社交区与其他功能空间，形成层次分明、导向明确的空间结构，提升整体使用效率与视觉完整性。

The public social area is designated as the core space and the hub of movement for the entire household, playing a crucial role in aggregating various living scenarios. The design incorporates a large wooden volume to enclose the kitchen and the entrance passage, clearly delineating the social area from other functional spaces, creating a well-structured space with distinct layers and clear directionality, thereby enhancing the overall efficiency of use and visual integrity.

空间选用少量且质感纯粹的天然材料，以统一色调与细腻肌理构建连贯的视觉体验。自然光被视作核心设计元素，透过合理布局充分引入室内，勾勒出天花板与立柱的立体形态，赋予古典结构轻盈的当代表现力。

The space employs a small amount of pure natural materials with uniform color and fine texture to create a coherent visual experience. Natural light is regarded as the core design element, which is fully introduced into the interior through proper layout, outlining the three-dimensional shapes of the ceiling and columns, and giving the classical structure a light and contemporary expression.

佩加莫工作室（Pergamo Studio）以克制手法平衡历史传承与现代需求，用简洁材质与光影塑造塑造庄重而柔和的氛围。项目在尊重建筑原貌的基础上注入当代生活逻辑，让百年建筑的经典语言与现代居住品质相融，打造出兼具文化底蕴与舒适体验的城市顶层居所。

The Pergamo Studio achieves a harmonious balance between historical heritage and modern demands through restrained techniques. It uses simple materials and light and shadow to create a solemn and gentle atmosphere. While respecting the original appearance of the building, the project incorporates contemporary living logic, allowing the classic language of the century-old building to blend with modern living standards, thus creating a city-level residence that combines cultural heritage with a comfortable experience.
