Heion House是Studio Hagen Hall (哈根·霍尔工作室）在伦敦伊斯灵顿完成的极简住宅作品，坐落于二级保护晚期乔治亚联排建筑内。设计团队以整体重构回应保护建筑的严格限制，在不拓展建筑占地面积的前提下，完成空间功能与动线的全面优化，让历史建筑承载当代居住需求。

Heion House is a minimalist residential project completed by Studio Hagen Hall in Islington, London. It is located within a protected late Georgian row house. The design team responded to the strict restrictions of the protected building by conducting an overall reconstruction. Without expanding the buildings footprint, they achieved a comprehensive optimization of spatial functions and movement paths, allowing the historical building to meet contemporary living needs.

空间布局围绕采光与景观重新组织，主卧室移至地面层，核心起居区设于顶层以获取南向采光与广场树景，后侧附属建筑降低地坪，形成与花园齐平的下沉餐厅。室内融入现代主义克制与日式空间逻辑，入口设玄关踏步，地下休闲区打造凹入式展示壁龛，纹理玻璃隔断借鉴日式障帘手法，柔和分隔空间并保持视觉通透。

The spatial layout has been reorganized based on lighting and landscape. The master bedroom has been moved to the ground floor, while the core living area is located on the top floor to enjoy south-facing lighting and the tree scenery of the square. The rear auxiliary building has its ground level lowered to form a sunken dining area at the same level as the garden. The interior incorporates modernist restraint and Japanese spatial logic. The entrance features a foyer step. The underground leisure area is designed with recessed display niches. The textured glass partitions draw on the Japanese sliding screen technique, softly dividing the space while maintaining visual transparency.

项目采用统一材质语言贯穿全屋，烟熏橡木木作、微水泥地面、白色马赛克瓷砖与无漆黄铜构件形成稳定质感体系。全屋木作系统采用可拆卸构造，与原有建筑轻柔连接，完整保留历史肌理。设计团队适度修复原有踢脚线、线脚与隐蔽壁炉，尊重建筑时间痕迹，不刻意抹去岁月印记。

The project adopts a unified material language throughout the entire house. Smoke-stained oak woodwork, micro-cement flooring, white mosaic tiles, and unpolished brass components form a stable texture system. The woodwork system throughout the house adopts a detachable structure, gently connecting with the original building while fully preserving the historical texture. The design team moderately restored the original baseboards, moldings, and concealed fireplaces, respecting the architectural time marks and not deliberately erasing the traces of the passage of time.

功能布局贴合生活使用场景，厨房界面整合收纳、备餐与藏品展示，保护楼梯下方定制玻璃柜强化动线仪式感。下沉餐区以大尺度开口框定花园景致，中央摆放橡木不锈钢桌面餐桌，作为Studio Hagen Hall 2026家具系列首发作品。项目以克制手法融合乔治亚建筑、现代主义与日式空间特质，达成历史保护与当代生活的平衡表达。

The functional layout is in line with the usage scenarios of daily life. The kitchen interface integrates storage, meal preparation and display of collections, while a custom glass cabinet under the staircase enhances the sense of movement and ceremony. The sunken dining area is framed by a large-scale opening to define the garden scenery. A wooden and stainless steel desktop dining table is placed in the center, serving as the debut work of the Studio Hagen Hall 2026 furniture series. The project combines the characteristics of Georgian architecture, modernism and Japanese space in a restrained manner, achieving a balance between historical preservation and contemporary life.
