When the orderliness of rebar meets the softness of wool, when the restraint of concrete intertwines with the warmth of wood grain, we implant a “metallic heart” with warmth into this rational structure.

The design brings architectural logic into the interior, using 30% industrial rationality to support 70% artistic sensibility. By stripping away superfluous embellishments, exposed concrete becomes the spatial framework, while steel beams and columns transform into three-dimensional installations. Geometric lines meet the tactile quality of wool, lifting just the right amount of warmth from a cool foundation to create a spatial expression that juxtaposes strength and softness.

The exposed concrete columns serve as the architectural imprint of the structure. Morning light glides across the interface of steel and linen, causing the originally cold, hard materials to amplify the space’s warmth. Soft furnishings are given the role of “translators,” converting structural language into tangible tactile experiences—the natural curls of wool, the oxidized texture of brass, and fluid forms collectively create a restrained yet delicate, gentle atmosphere.

Based on the client’s clear vision of their lifestyle, the ground floor’s functions were reorganized: the traditional dining table was discarded in favor of a combination of an 8-meter Western-style kitchen cabinet, a 5-meter island, and a 4-meter breakfast bar, integrating multiple scenarios such as light meals, coffee, work, and socializing. The Western-style kitchen occupies nearly two-thirds of the ground floor, reflecting the logic that “high-frequency spaces are worth the investment.”

The floor-to-ceiling black lacquered walls provide a serene backdrop, while the asymmetrical metal cantilevered platform enhances the futuristic atmosphere. Within the 120-square-meter space, a layered composition is created through deconstructive techniques: the circular atrium serves as a focal point for vertical light, and the spiral staircase ascends according to the golden ratio, with each turn echoing the interplay of light and shadow.

The material expression retains the raw texture of freshly poured concrete, with walls intentionally featuring fine cracks of approximately 0.3mm, allowing time to become an integral part of the space. The circular void liberates the volume above, creating a flow of light and air. The value of the space lies not in the sum of its square footage, but in the spiritual experience derived from its structure and the interplay of light and shadow.

The entrance is redefined as a “transitional space”: exposed concrete envelops curved walls, carving out circular light wells. Through the interplay of wall textures and light and shadow, it creates a more ceremonial path home.

当钢筋的秩序碰撞羊毛的柔软，当混凝土的克制交织木纹的呼吸，我们在理性的结构中植入一颗具有温度的“金属心脏”。

设计以建筑逻辑介入室内，用30%的工业理性承载70%的艺术感性。去除多余修饰，让裸露水泥成为空间脉络，钢构梁柱转化为立体装置。几何线条与羊毛触感相遇，在冷静基底之上托举出恰到好处的温度，形成刚柔并置的空间表达。

保留的混凝土裸柱如同建筑的纹理印记。晨光掠过钢构与亚麻界面，使原本冷硬的材质反而放大了空间的温暖感。软装被赋予“转译”角色，将结构语言转化为可感知的触觉体验——羊毛的自然卷曲、黄铜的氧化肌理与流线形态，共同构成克制而细腻的柔和气质。

通高黑色烤漆墙面如背景般沉静，非对称金属挑台强化未来感。在120㎡尺度内，通过解构手法建立层叠关系：圆形挑空成为垂直光的汇聚点，旋转楼梯按黄金比例上升，每一次转折都与光影形成呼应。

材质表达保留原始浇筑质感，墙面刻意控制约0.3mm细微裂纹，使时间成为空间的一部分。圆形挑空释放楼上体量，让光与空气在此形成流动。空间的价值不在面积叠加，而在结构与光影带来的精神体验。

入口被重新定义为“过渡场”：裸露混凝土包裹曲面墙体，切割出圆形光域，通过墙面层次与光影关系，建立更具仪式感的归家路径。

The approximately 5.3-meter-diameter atrium reveals a rhythmic interplay of light and shadow as day turns to night, with the ceiling structure and the reimagined chandelier together forming a rotating visual focal point. The curved steel staircase ascends with precise step spacing, concealing linear light sources at its base to create the effect of a suspended band of light at night.

Minimalism is not merely about subtraction, but about endowing each element with irreplaceable significance. The walls are deconstructed into irregular geometric planes, and the concrete volumes exhibit a sense of lightness and suspension. The space appears to have been reorganized in a frozen moment, reinforcing a ritualistic experience of return.

直径约5.3米的挑空区域，在昼夜变化中呈现光影节奏，顶部结构与重构吊灯共同形成旋转的视觉焦点。弧形钢构楼梯以精确步距向上延展，底部隐藏线性光源，使夜间呈现悬浮的光带效果。

极简并非单纯删减，而是让每个元素具备不可替代的意义。墙体被拆解为不规则几何界面，混凝土体块呈现轻盈的悬浮感，空间仿佛在凝固瞬间被重新组织，强化回归的仪式体验。

软装以更具意象化的方式介入：模块化岛屿沙发呼应建筑留白，增强空间的呼吸感；羊毛纹理成为光线的缓冲层。工业语境之下，并非消解人性，而是让机械结构与身体感受共存。

家具在功能与艺术之间取得平衡，在理性网格中嵌入温度逻辑。

阁楼则被设定为私密疗愈空间：水面与光影形成细微张力，躺椅与氛围共同营造放松体验。

The soft furnishings are incorporated in a more evocative manner: modular island sofas echo the architectural voids, enhancing the sense of breathing in the space; the texture of wool acts as a buffer for light. Within an industrial context, the goal is not to diminish humanity, but to allow mechanical structures and physical sensations to coexist.

The furniture strikes a balance between function and art, embedding a sense of warmth within a rational grid.

The loft is designed as a private, healing space: the interplay of water and light creates a subtle tension, while lounge chairs and ambient lighting work together to foster a relaxing experience. The 3.6-ton concrete ceiling contrasts with a layer of water vapor approximately 0.1 mm thick, presenting an ultimate sensory response within an industrial context.
