“山里的风”，所以幼岚的工作室里有个小山坡，也是很合理的吧。

The word “Lan” in You Lan (Allblu) means ‘wind in the valley’. So it’s pretty reasonable that there’s a hill in its workshop.

1000平米的办公空间是为幼岚的品牌、创意设计和研发团队提供一个全新的工作场所，激发团队的创造力，为品牌和产品赋能。空间包括4个不同大小的工作室、宽敞的工位、正式和非正式会议空间、员工休闲区、冥想室/电话亭等。

This 1,000-square-meter office space provides a brand-new workplace for Allblu’s brand, creative design and R-D teams, stimulating the team’s creativity and empowering the brand and products. The space includes 4 studios of different sizes, spacious workstations, formal and informal meeting spaces, employee leisure areas, meditation rooms/telephone booths, etc.

有高差

The Height Difference

原有的空间地面有两个标高，相差

1.18m。改造前的空间除了在两个台阶位置，很难感受到空间的连续性。

The original space had two levels with a difference of 1.18m. Before the renovation, it was difficult to feel the continuity of the space except at two steps.

这样的现场条件让我们产生了要利用好这个高差的设计想法

——植入一个小山坡，让员工们可以在阳光、植物围绕的山坡上去畅享和创造新的产品。让高差不再是一个“障碍”，而是变成驱动整个空间的载体。也让高低两个空间区域可以自然的过渡。

Such on-site conditions gave us the idea of making good use of the height difference - implanting a small hillside so that employees can enjoy and create new products on the hillside surrounded by sunshine and plants. The height difference is no longer an "obstacle", but becomes a carrier to drive the entire space. It also allows a natural transition between the high and low space areas.

山坡自身具有多功能属性，平时这里是大家休闲办公空间，可以自己在这里工作思考，也可以进行小范围的非正式会议和讨论。有新品发布的时候可以做有层次的产品展示和现场直播。

The hillside itself has multifunctional properties. Usually it is a leisure office space for everyone, where they can work and think by themselves, or have small-scale informal meetings and discussions. When new products are released, they can be used for hierarchical product displays and live broadcasts.

需要的时候也可以满足

50人左右的大型会议和年会需求。整体台阶的向心态势，让山坡在坐满人的时候有了希腊露天剧场的感受。

When needed, it can also accommodate large meetings and annual conferences of about 50 people. The centripetal shape of the steps makes the hillside feel like a Greek open-air theater when it is full of people.

建筑本身是有足够的窗户从三个方向提供自然采光的，但是同时空间进深比较大，改造前的室内有太多的实体墙，将这些光线都限制在了外围空间，无法到达内部。

ing itself has enough windows to provide natural light from three directions, but at the same time the space is deep and there are too many solid walls in the interior before the renovation,

which limits the light to the outer space and prevents it from reaching the interior.

概念草

做为设计事务所，我们深知自然光线对于设计师判断色彩和材料的重要性。因此新的空间必须对此进行调整，目标就是让没一个工作室、每一个工位、每一个会议室都充满自然光线。设计上将工作室空间放在中心区域，开放工位在两侧靠窗区域，让光线可以毫无阻拦的一层一层渗入每一个空间。

As a design firm, we are well aware of the importance of natural light for designers to judge colors and materials. Therefore, the new space must be adjusted to this, with the goal of filling every studio, every workstation, and every meeting room with natural light. The design places the studio space in the center area, and the open workstations are located on both sides of the window area, so that light can penetrate into each space layer by layer without obstruction.

这样的空间布局同样也优化了视线和空间层次，让员工之间的协作和共创有更多的可能。

This spatial layout also optimizes the sight line and spatial hierarchy, allowing more possibilities for collaboration and co-creation among employees.

可以灵活拆合的工作室空间方便不同规模团队使用。

The flexibly configurable studio space is convenient for teams of different sizes.

每个工作室内提供灵活墙面、桌面的收纳、展示、书写、摆放功能。

Each studio provides flexible walls and desks for storage, display, writing and placement.

各种大小的中小型会议

/洽谈室都有充足的自然采光。

Small and medium-sized meeting/negotiation rooms of various sizes have ample natural light.

ENSAG建筑学院，获得学士及硕士学位。在法期间研究方向为可持续建筑,回国后先后就职于多家国内外知名建筑师事务所AIM、CCDI、KPF，参与设计并完成多项大型城市综合体、办公、酒店及商业类项目。2016 年创立YDESIGN奕檐建筑。

从创立伊始奕檐建筑就不断尝试探索新的市场和工作方式，项目类型涉猎广泛，从规模尺度上涵盖规划、建筑、室内、产品、视觉等各个领域和维度，从业态上包括公共设施、文旅、办公、酒店、度假、零售、餐饮、住宅等。我们反对为了设计而设计，过度设计的
