这套巴黎公寓虽建于20世纪80年代，却难得留存下奥斯曼风格细木护墙板，让空间在当代语境里，沉淀出尤为珍贵的历史层次感。本次改造由费舍尔与莫德雷尔工作室（Fischer - Mordrelle）主导，工作室创始人拉娜·莫德雷尔（Lana Mordrelle）与克拉拉·费舍尔（Clara Fischer），以“保留与再诠释”为核心设计思路，在尊重建筑原有肌理与语言的前提下，为这座老公寓注入了克制且温润的当代气息。

This Paris apartment, although built in the 1980s, still retains the fine wood paneling in the Art Nouveau style, allowing the space to develop a particularly precious historical layering in the contemporary context. This renovation was led by the Fischer - Mordrelle studio. The studios founders, Lana Mordrelle and Clara Fischer, with the core design concept of preservation and reinterpretation, respected the original texture and language of the building, and infused this old apartment with a restrained and gentle contemporary atmosphere.

设计并未刻意抹去时光留下的痕迹，反而将原有的地板与护墙板视作空间的核心脉络悉心延续。设计团队重新梳理空间的比例、动线节奏与细节质感，让这些带着历史温度的元素，自然融入全新的居住格局，悄然成为串联过往与当下的隐性叙事线索。

The design did not deliberately erase the traces left by time; instead, it carefully continued the original floor and wall panels as the core framework of the space. The design team reorganized the proportions, movement rhythm and detail texture of the space, allowing these elements with historical warmth to naturally integrate into the new living layout and quietly become the hidden narrative thread that connects the past and the present.

材料选用上，设计着重平衡自然质感与触觉体验。橡木、洞石与混凝土树脂在空间中层层铺展，共同勾勒出静谧且富有层次感的基底。原有大理石地面经重新打磨，褪去刺眼光泽，呈现出柔和的哑光质感；细木护墙板与滑动门则被完整保留，既维持了视觉上的连贯统一，也让日常动线更为流畅。地面斜纹造就的几何纹路，被反复运用到木作框架、床头造型及主浴室大理石铺装中，慢慢沉淀为贯穿全屋的专属视觉符号。

In terms of material selection, the design places great emphasis on balancing the natural texture and tactile experience. Oak, travertine, and concrete resin are layered throughout the space, jointly outlining a serene and textured base. The original marble floor has been re-polished, losing its harsh sheen and presenting a soft matte texture. The fine wood wainscoting and sliding doors have been fully retained, maintaining visual continuity and coherence while also making the daily movement flow more smoothly. The geometric patterns created by the floors texture are repeatedly applied to the wooden frame, bedside design, and the marble flooring of the main bathroom, gradually evolving into a unique visual symbol that runs through the entire house.

空间平面布局亦贴合当代生活需求完成优化调整。厨房被迁至原餐厅区域，摇身成为家庭日常互动与社交欢聚的核心空间；原厨房位置则改造为储藏、洗衣一体的后勤功能区，让空间利用更高效。开放式餐厅以一张定制漆面长桌为视觉中心，桌面细腻的光泽，与周边墙面、石材的哑光质感形成鲜明呼应，进一步强化了空间的层次与张力。家具搭配上，设计巧妙融合20世纪70年代经典设计、当代原创作品与复古古董，从伊萨姆·野口（Isamu Noguchi）的Akari灯具，到埃罗·沙里宁（Eero Saarinen）的经典餐桌，各类单品相得益彰，共同勾勒出松弛内敛、自带怀旧情愫的巴黎式日常图景。

The spatial layout also optimizes and adjusts to meet the needs of contemporary life. The kitchen has been moved to the original dining area and has transformed into the core space for family interaction and social gatherings. The original kitchen location has been reconfigured into a logistics area for storage and laundry, making better use of the space. The open-plan dining area features a custom painted long table as the visual center. The fine gloss of the tabletop contrasts with the matte texture of the surrounding walls and stone, further enhancing the layering and tension of the space. In terms of furniture design, it ingeniously combines classic designs from the 1970s, contemporary original works, and vintage antiques. From Isamu Noguchis Akari lamps to Eero Saarinens classic dining table, various items complement each other, jointly depicting a relaxed and restrained, yet nostalgic, Parisian daily scene.
